The building is realized in 2009 by the project RichHouse in alpine style – Elit 115. It has a big living room, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and two beveled on the one side bedrooms, sharing one terrace and bathroom on the second floor. The one family house is done with 10 sm panels and metal tiles on the roof.
