Husarö by Tham & Videgård Arkitekter
The house designed by Tham & Videgård Arkitekter is located on Stockholm archipelago. It is located on a smooth and equal rock between high pines with a view to the sea in its north side. On the ground floor there is kitchen, bathroom and staircase, organized in a series of interconnected spaces. Large sliding windows open in all directions and allow sunlight to fill the interior. On the upper floor there is bedroom and playroom, and the ridge of the pitched roof emphasizes the verticality of the space and subtly enhances privacy.
