Brussels Passive 176 is built like a passive house. With the high level of insulation – 25sm XPS+5sm stone wool and provided by “RichHouse” technology for airtightness of the house and the needed requirements for recuperation air conditioning, the passive house fully meets the requirements for 15kWh/m2 needed energy for heating and cooling per year. This is a perfect demonstration of the capability of the technology for construction “RichHouse”.
